Okay, so this isn't technically a room detail. Just a small detail. I love this over the stairs. It's almost as if an overgrown garden from outside broke through the walls and is spreading across the house. It's gorgeous and very romantic. Can't you just envision a woman in a gown walking down those stairs, on her way to a ball... or maybe her wedding. I can imagine little girls playing on those stairs because they look like something out of a fairytale. Makes me wonder if those are made of paper, glass, or ceramic. Well... anyway... I think it's beautiful and I want it. Not necessarily over the stairs, but somewhere.
